Our Haitian Blue is sourced exclusively from the APCAB cooperative in the highlands of Thiotte, where the volcanic soil and cool mountain air produce one of the most distinctive coffees in the Caribbean.
Each lot is washed, sun-dried on raised beds, and shipped to our Brooklyn roastery where it's small-batch roasted to honor its bright, balanced character.
