Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using belmon.coffee or placing an order. By accessing our site or purchasing from us, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Bèl Mòn Group LLC (“Bèl Mòn,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance. Continued use of our services after the effective date of any change constitutes acceptance.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time. In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and give you the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel your order.
Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual packaging and coffee characteristics may vary slightly due to natural variation in single-origin harvests.
3. Subscriptions
Bèl Mòn offers recurring coffee subscriptions billed on a monthly cycle. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until you cancel.
- You may pause or cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard.
- Cancellations made before the next billing date take effect immediately; you retain access through the current period.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not accept the new price, you may cancel before the change takes effect.
4. Orders & Payment
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud. Payment is processed securely by Stripe. We do not store credit card numbers.
Your order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we ship your order and send a shipping confirmation email.
5. Shipping & Delivery
We ship within the United States via USPS. Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed. Risk of loss and title for purchased items pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier.

6. Returns & Refunds
Due to the perishable nature of coffee, we do not accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, contact us within 14 days and we will make it right — with a replacement or full refund at your choice.
For unopened bags in original condition, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving and inspecting the return.
7. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use at hello@belmon.coffee.
We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or are inactive for more than 24 months.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on belmon.coffee — including text, images, logos, design elements, and branding — is the property of Bèl Mòn Group LLC and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Our services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that our site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bèl Mòn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New York County, New York, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
